Thank you. __________________________________________________________________ True PA role supporting dynamic and inspirational executive, based in stunning offices of growing, innovative and successful boutique Real Estate firm Responsibilities: Extensive and often complex diary and inbox management Multi-party meeting organisation Being one step ahead and handling schedule conflicts Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Arranging travel itineraries Processing expenses Arranging and preparing for meetings - agendas, pre/post meetings documentation, action points follow up etc. Preparing and editing a range of reports and presentations Proof reading of documents Dealing with sensitive information and discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times Acing as key point of contact, liaising with clients Assistance with Events organisation Taking a collaborative approach, assisting and working closely with other Assistants The role requires: Previous PA experience at Director-level Exposure to Real Estate industry advantageous Strong MS Office skills True team player Muck in team approach Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Thrive in dead-line driven environment
