Fares Specialist, Up to £35k, London Our client is a leading Business Travel Management Agency that is looking for a Fares Specialist to assist internal agents with complex routings, ticketing, refunds and exchanges. The role will suit an experienced Business Travel Consultant that has worked in a help desk environment. Responsibilities for the Fares Specialist are as follows: Excellent knowledge on being able to assist agents with costing complex routings Quality control complex flights tickets before ticketing Maximise revenue where possible Split tickets Provide an informative help desk to agents assisting them with their bookings in an efficient manner Liaise with airlines for assistance on changes and refunds The skills required for the Fares Specialist is as follows: Strong experience working with a GDS such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus Educated to fares and ticketing level 2 Able to book complicated itineraries Excellent understanding on how fare rule sand types To apply for the Fares Specialist please click on the link below:-
