I am currently working with a leading Technology company based in Peterborough who require a professional IT Systems Support Analyst to join their growing team. The position is a permanent role paying up to £28,000 Benefits. The ideal candidate will have worked within a Service Desk Environment by completing tickets in a timely manner. It would be advantageous if you have worked to the ITIL process, Microsoft Window products and have software installations experience.
