Job Description
The Coronary Angiography Suite is a busy day ward area that performs a variety of cardiac procedures including Angiography, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion, DC Cardioversion, TOE, Pericardiocentesis etc. for both elective out-patients and urgent in-patients. the department is open Mon - Fri (occasional on call bank holidays) where the staff operate a flexible working pattern dependant on the needs for the day. Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse looking to join our team. The post will involve working in all aspects of the department eg. the catheter lab, recovery area and the pre assessment clinics. You will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a pressurised environment, possess excellent communication skills and be able to embrace the on-going changes and developments in a dynamic unit.
