Overview
My client are a bespoke house builder who have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the Customer Care team in the High Wycombe area. Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for clients Organising completion of works Working to tight deadlines Liaise with purchasers, contractors and other suppliers Ad hoc admin Attributes/Skills: Experience in Customer Service/Administration Able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Able to prioritise Competent PC skills including MS Office Construction knowledge desirable You must have at least 2 years experience working as a Customer Care Coordinator for a House Builder or Housing Association Company.
