Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a small international education consultancy in the City of London. Applicants must be fluent in English and Mandarin with strong knowledge of the international education industry. You must also have at least 1 years Education Consultancy experience to be considered for the role. LOCATION : City of London SALARY : £23K commission around £40K per annual START : ASAP TYPE : Permanent, Full Time CORE DUTIES: Provide comprehensive assistance to clients Choose the right school, university or institution for clients according to their school performance, interests, budget, preferred location and other preferences that are in line with company business growth and interests Reply to potential clients’ inquiries via QQ, WeChat, telephone, one to one consultations, etc. Provide accurate course related information to clients Keep track of application for clients Inform clients with the latest progress regarding their applications Make sure efficient communications are maintain between you and your clients Participate in projects that promote company business, and to provide admin and sales support whenever required IDEAL CANDIDATE: Totally fluent in Mandarin-Chinese (both written and spoken) Educated to Bachelor degree or equivalent level ( ideally from one of the UK's higher education institutions) Must be familiar with the UK education system and application processes for different courses At least 1 years working experience in the education consultancy sector Looking to take a further step into a career in this field Strong computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently Patient, teamwork, self-driven and enthusiasm Proficient in MS office tools If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 2 days.
