Overview
An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced family legal executive to join a highly reputable law firm in their Southport office. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a family legal executive, having handled predominantly private paying family matters. You should have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with your team. In this role you will be handling and developing your own caseload of privately paying family work, working within the wider family team. You will liaise with clients regularly, understanding their requirements and promoting a professional and sensitive service. Your caseload will consist of: Divorce and Resolution of Finances Pre-nuptial, Post-nuptial and Co-habitation agreements Some private paying children and domestic abuse cases You will be joining a long-established law firm with a series of offices spanning the North West of England to accommodate their ever-evolving client needs. Their specialist lawyers are accredited by the Law Society and work hard to offer a large variety of services to wide range of clients, both businesses and individuals.
