Partner Designate Insite are delighted to be retained by this strong, independent firm based in Stratford that are actively looking to recruit a top-class Audit/Accounts Manager as they plan to grow the Partner count over the next two years and they would like to consider their options for the future. Roles & Responsibilities of the Partner Designate based in Stratford: preparation of accounts and tax computations for an existing portfolio of clients with turnovers of between £3 - £30 million; carry out some accounts preparation work for smaller companies, partnerships and sole traders but will predominantly be involved in reviewing the draft accounts and working assisting with the work allocation and management of deadlines of their overall portfolio and deliver the work required for this portfolio; be confident in UK taxation and accounting; maintain and develop the current client relationships ensuring tax efficiency and delivering commercial insights; be able to run client meetings; be a technical contact for client and team members aiding on accounting and taxation queries; continue their personal and professional development through education, training and experience; be able to train and develop staff on controls and procedures and in getting the best from their own resources; be able, knowledgeable and competent on year end tax and accounting software undertake other reasonable business tasks as requested or required within the practice and actively participate in the activities and needs of the company The ideal candidate for the role of the Partner Designate (Stratford) You will be ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified, or hold a similar qualification. You will currently be operating at Manager/ Senior Manager / Associate / Director /Partner Level. You will bring demonstrable experience of delivering all round accounting, tax and planning services to a sizeable portfolio of clients across a wide-ranging mix of OMBs. You will be a strong all-round advisor on accounts, tax and advisory work and be able to demonstrate a partner led, client facing, quality service approach, looking to build further on these strengths and carve a career within this leading independent firm of accountants.
