Overview
A renowned International law firm is looking for a highly-experienced and self-motivated paralegal to join their Employment team, with a particular focus on Business Immigration issues. This role is based in the client's London office and is permanent. Specifically, the Immigration matters involved include (but are not limited to): Tier 2 Sponsor Licences, Tier 2 and other PBS Visas, inputting information on Tier 2 and Tier 5 Sponsor Management Systems, Compliance audits, Family, Visitor and Business Visitor Visas, along with Employment law issues. The role will also include general research, document review, drafting and other general paralegal and administrative tasks. Applicants must be very well-educated (bare minimum 2:1 LLB from a Top University and LPC), with strong, substantial and relevant experience gained form a well-known law firm. Applicants will be supervised, but will be expected to use their own initiative and be able to 'hit the ground running'. The successful applicant will be highly organised, calm under pressure, able to communicate to all levels, and possess exemplary IT skills. Salary is dependent on relevance and length of experience, but will be highly competitive.
