Overview
Title: Property Manager Reports to: Head of Property Management The client: Our client is one of the largest Estate Agencies in the UK with over 80 branches. They are currently looking for a Property Manager to join the team of 4 PM’s and you will be managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties. Our client’s Franchise has 4 branches which includes one of their flagship offices and manages a portfolio of 450 properties split across the property management team. The role: It is really important that candidates have at least 1 years’ experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm Salary (dependent on experience): £25,000 - £27,000 £4000 annual bonus (paid monthly) ARLA training and exams are provided in-house with the first year of your ARLA membership paid for. Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties - Dealing with deposit returns - Property inspections - Liaising with contractors, Landlord and Tenants - Using Fixflow to log repairs - Serving section 21 notices - Arranging gas safety’s, EPCs and electrical certs Holidays: 20 days birthday off too Time between Christmas and New Year is also off but as a Property Manager you may be on call for one of these days.
