Overview

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager, to oversee and manage the day to day running of the IT service desk. Management of the Queue is at the heart of this - ensuring all service tickets are responded to within the agreed response time and either resolved or escalated within the resolution time. The Helpdesk Manager is expected to take ownership of all critical issues, feeding information and setting expectations with the customer, ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained. System knowledge of MS windows Server based systems, MS Exchange, Virtualisation, Enterprise Storage, Networking, Firewall, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Network Services, Citrix and Aruba Wifi, would be highly advantageous.
