Signature are delighted to be recruiting a HR Helpdesk Operator for one of our key clients. Based in the centre of Bristol (no parking), this role would suit a positive and organised person who has strong customer service experience. This position is offering £23,000-25,000 and is a temporary role for 10 weeks, with the potential to extend to a fixed term contract. If you are a process driven self-starter and believe you could hit the ground running, please read on Main Responsibilities: · Point of contact for staff to assist with HR queries of the business · Managing the team inbox and responding to employee queries via phone and email. · Support project work as requested. · Help with HR system training during a cross over period · Adhering to GPDR protocols and handling sensitive data on a daily basis. · Ad hoc administrative duties to support the team. Key Requirements: · Experience within an customer service and handling complaints · Confident with systems e.g. Microsoft · Quick learner, able to speak to a wide range of people · Happy to work independently This is a full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday position starting ideally as soon as possible.
