Overview

HR Helpdesk Operator - Central Bristol - Temp to FTC - £12.82 per hour Our client is seeking an experienced helpdesk operator to join our client in Central Bristol. This role is initially being offered on a temporary basis, with the role likely becoming a 6-month FTC for to right candidate. The role will be to start within the next 4 weeks and therefore candidates will need to be available immediately, those applicants on notice will not be able to be considered. Having recently implemented a new HR system, the organisation is looking for a customer service orientated individual to provide dedicated support to internal customers, using CoreHR. This role will be the first point of contact for employees, acting as a helpdesk function for the business. The role holder will be assisting those having trouble using the system and require someone who can pick up the phone or meet face-to-face and talk them through what to do. Applicants will have experience of working within a similar role, used to providing helpdesk style support to a large team. Working knowledge of CoreHR is not essential but advantageous. Applicants will be provided with full and extensive training on the system but must be confident in learning quickly and be comfortable in assisting others and handling complaints. Good communication, both written and verbal is essential for this role, alongside being a positive problem solver. Corona Virus Under the guidance of the government, if our client’s office were to close, the successful applicant would be able to work from home if needed.
