Overview
A senior appointment within one of the UK's most illustrious architectural practices has become available in their London Studio. Our client, an elite AJ1OO practice, have a global presence within the industry and are known for putting design at the forefront of their lucrative, large-scale projects. An experienced Architect, who is currently working at Associate level, will play a pivotal role within the studio to win new business and lead existing award-winning projects. As Associate, you will have the pleasure of reporting into the Regional Partner / Head of Architecture, who is an industrious leader, well-known for nurturing and supporting their colleagues reach their full professional potential. What Is On Offer? Salary up to £73,200 25 days' annual leave (Increase by one day per year. Up to 30 days maximum) 5% Pension Life Assurance (4x annual salary) Time off in lieu Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay Working in a senior capacity, you will be managing team(s) on various projects, so strong leadership skills and project delivery experience is essential. Other key requirements include: UK Qualified Architect, with at least 3 to 5 years' experience as a Senior Architect An eye for design Invaluable knowledge of UK Building & Planning regulations Competent user of BIM Commercial awareness is imperative Conservation accreditation is desirable, NOT essential A proven track record of business development must be backed up with projects you have successfully won recently or in the past.
