HR Diversity and Inclusion Manager £Competitive Salary Birmingham Permanent We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join a great company based in Birmingham Central. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Diversity and Corporate Responsibility, you will be part of a small team responsible for driving Diversity and Inclusion, Internationally. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the Diversity and Inclusion strategy Progress against a number of diversity strands, developing and delivering initiatives Support Business Development, and Client Partners, with client collaboration on Diversity and Inclusion Work with the wider HR team to embed D&I into our HR processes and systems Develop and support a number of employee networks Liaise with the locally based HR teams to drive progress in a geographical location (either Europe, Middle East or Asia) Develop and manage relationships with external bodies Lead and support the execution of Diversity and Inclusion events and related projects The successful candidate will have: Previous experience of, and a passion for, delivering diversity and inclusion, in a professional/financial services environment Ideally have experience of liaising with clients/customers in relation to D&I Proven project management skills Able to deliver results in a changing environment Able to work collaboratively and influence with stakeholders at all levels For immediate consideration, pleased contact
