This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Portfolio Analyst to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing PMO team. We are looking for a fantastic PMO professional to work within our Technology Portfolio Management Office overseeing change on both ship and shore. You’ll be passionate about working with PMO colleagues and project managers to analyse the state of the Technology Portfolio and provide reports and other analyses to illustrate where our issues are and potential ways to resolve them. The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology PMO who leads the Technology PMO team, the overall purpose of the role will be to support the delivery of the Technology Portfolio whilst ensuring adherence to the governance framework and project standards. The role will have responsibility for maintaining portfolio data, tools and controls to support building the technology project portfolio, resourcing it, funding it, reporting on it and assuring it. Please see the job description attached for more details. About You You’ll have demonstrable experience of providing project support or working within a structured portfolio management framework. This should include end to end project lifecycle delivery or substantial parts of this. Familiarity with standard portfolio management techniques with strong expertise of various MS Office tools, including MS Excel knowledge at an intermediate to advanced level, is essential.
