Your new company Hays HR is delighted to be exclusively representing a fantastic private sector organisation who are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a 12 month basis to cover maternity leave. This HR job will see you work with an employer that has continued to grow exponentially across the island of Ireland. You will partner with senior HR professionals within this organisation's HR team as they champion the HR function for all members of staff. Your new role As the new HR Advisor, you will operate as a true HR Generalist. With a small HR team based in Belfast you will act as the first point of contact for employees working in Northern Ireland. Dealing with complex absence and employee relations issues, you will be well-versed with NI employment laws. You will deal with low-level disciplinary & grievance processes, reporting these to senior managers when required. What you'll need to succeed As the ideal candidate you will have 1-2 years operating as an HR Generalist. Moreover, you will be experienced in using HR systems such as Oracle.
