Your new company Hays HR is delighted to be once again representing one of Ireland's leading organisations in their search for a new HR Officer. This exceptional HR Job will see you work with a leading employer who is heavily invested in supporting its staff. Therefore, you will be joining an organisation which is passionate about the HR function. Your new role As the new HR Officer for this dynamic organisation you will work alongside and support the organisation's highly experienced HR business Partners as they champion the full HR function. Working in a multi-site capacity you will liaise with various stakeholders across the business. Furthermore you will coordinate various recruitment campaigns and be intricately involved in dealing with complex employee relations matters. What you'll need to succeed As the ideal candidate you will be an experienced HR practitioner who has 1 to 2 years experience working in an operational HR role. You will also hold a full UK Driving Licence. Being CIPD qualified is not essential but highly desirable.
