Overview

No ER experience needed Working directly with the established Employee Relations team you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of communication both verbal and written and provide support in areas such as HR Analytic, Employee Relations and Performance Management & Training. Client Details A well known engineering group specialising in drainage and sewerage repair Description To provide quality advice to Managers in relation to all HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all areas of employment legislation including providing support and note taking in meetings relating to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management. Travelling to regional depots networks to guide and support managers with HR practices and ensure the process is followed. Providing weekly/monthly reports for turnover, absence, disciplinary, and recruitment costs as and when requested and ensuring all information is up to date and correct on the internal HR system. Profile You will already be familiar with a HR office environment and will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Administrator/Advisor. Ideally you will have completed CIPD Level 3 and looking to pursue Level 5 which would be fully funded. Hold a UK driving licence. Be performance driven and have a desire for continuous improvement. Experience working for a national company with a recognised brand. You will have experience working with employees at different levels.
