Overview
My client a global corporation, a large pharmaceutical company are looking to recruit an L&D Manager for one of their offices, 12 months (FTC). This is a 360 L&D role and will be able to start remotely due to current circumstances. Pay: £300-400 daily Location: Brentford Key Requirements: - L&D(EMEA)experience. - Experience working within a matrix organisation. - Strong stakeholder experience. - Able to independently implement learning and development on a global level. - Create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs. Responsibilities: - Develop an employee awareness programme to continue to demystify investigation. - Identify training gaps and deliver solutions to address these gaps. - Review training materials provided by 3rd parties and other internal functions to determine relevance for specific team training and development.
