Project Worker Young person's charity £10 per hour Brighton Morgan Hunt are working with a well-respected young person's charity to recruit a Project Worker in Brighton. This role will be supporting young parents to achieve their ambitions and aspirations. As a Project Worker, your duties will include working with clients to achieve a positive approach to parenting, addressing their behaviour and overcoming challenges. You will also be responsible for assisting the parents in understanding the child's needs and help to create an environment where the children feel safe and supported. A Project Worker will need to have some experience working with young people and being able to relate and engage with this client group. You will also require a knowledge of local services to Brighton and the ability to signpost effectively to these services. This role is 25 hours per week over 5 days.
