Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, £35,000, £45,000, Consultancy JCT, Job Your new company Your new company are a long-established highly sought-after consultancy that range in work from restoration to new builds across the public and private sectors. With a combination of professionals that provide specialist consultancy services for construction projects they include, Architects, Building surveyors, Quantity surveyors and project managers. Your new role Your new role as the Assistant Project Manager will see you manage large scale and diverse project work a value of up to £20 Million for housing and new builds. After securing several long-term contracts in the region, you will be working with a dedicated team of professionals for the projects. Your new role will include work chairing meetings, keeping contractors on track to follow the contract, protecting the clients' interests. Preparing and providing tender and contracts packages, supporting the delivery of projects through administrative duties throughout the process as the Assistant Project Manager. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you will show excellent client facing skills with a driven work mindset to and have a driven mindset to continue to win and build on existing client pools. 5 years industry experience and having dealt with contracts upward of £10 million. This position will need someone who has used and is experienced with JCT contracts. The successful candidate will be a key part as the company continues to grow in the region, maintain and building current relationships you will be given the chance to lead the organisations continued growth.
