Overview
As part of their commitment for continuous process improvement, our client have created a new role for a Finance Analyst who will play a key role in developing and improving systems and processes within the finance department. This role has the opportunity to give the successful candidate a high profile within the organisation. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders to understand current systems and processes, identifying potential for automation and delivering those efficiencies. This is an unusual hybrid role which would suit someone who has a solid accounting knowledge but is passionate about using technology to create efficiencies. To be considered for this opportunity you will have: Accounting knowledge and proven strong reconciling skills Advanced Excel skills - the ability to manipulate large volumes of data Strong communication skills - able to liaise effectively at all levels A proactive nature - able to provide examples of identification/delivery of process improvement This organisation is well known as an excellent employer with strong staff retention levels and a market leading benefits package including flexible working arrangements.
