Overview

My client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to hire a real estate finance lawyer into their lending team to work on all aspects of real estate lending transactions. This will involve working with originators and syndication teams to structure and execute transactions. This is an exciting and varied on-desk role with plenty of scope to develop within a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be preparing and reviewing term sheets and advising on structuring of transactions as well as acting as a key contact for securitisation/syndication teams. You will have at least 2 PQE from a top tier law firm or financial services organisation.
