Corporate Solicitor 1 PQE Southampton £44,000 DOE Our client is a market-leading national law firm with a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked private client and tax planning practice in the South East. As a solicitor in the tax planning team you will work on a mix of cases involving estate administration, LPAs, wills and tax planning. Due to an increase in case loads for the department, an additional tax planning lawyer is now sought with at least three years of qualified experience providing general tax planning advice, preparing wills, drafting trust deeds, registering powers of attorney and estate administration. In addition, the candidate should have a strong interest in business development. A highly competitive salary and benefits package is on offer with this position.
