IT Apprentice Salary: Minimum Wage Full Time: 37.5 hours per week Location: Norwich The Organisation At Norfolk and Waveney Mind, we work hard to help people recover from mental health problems and develop resilience for the future. The Role To provide IT support to all sections of Norfolk and Waveney Mind (the Organisation) as directed by the ICT Manager. This will include work of a clerical, practical, technical and administrative nature with the aim of ensuring that the ICT Manager can enable the provision of a high quality, reliable, secure and legally compliant service to staff within the organisation. To receive mentoring and training on IT related issues within the organisation with the aim of ensuring that at the end of the Apprenticeship period a sound grounding in both the technical requirements of an IT role has been achieved along with a good experience of working within a business environment. INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO APPRENTICESHIP ROLE This post is an apprenticeship role with the joint intention of providing a good training environment and opportunity whilst also carrying out useful and essential activities for Norfolk and Waveney Mind. A clear development plan will be in place to support the apprenticeship.
