Overview
Our client a leading manufacturing business is seeking a Site Accountant to join their team. You will lead a small finance team and reporting into the Factory General Manager working with him to understand site performance, managing the cost base and driving profitability. You will lead a Finance team of 2 and have responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet for the site. There are a number of exciting projects to be involved in including a system's upgrade and reviewing their current processes and procedures. Our client is a market leader in its field and this is a great role for an experienced accountant to be the no 1 finance person for a small manufacturing site that is part of a larger group. Our client is keen to talk to accountants that have held similar roles for manufacturing organisations and have experienced a system's implementation. An accountancy qualification would be a plus but is not essential, our client would consider candidates with relevant experience who are QBE.
