Overview
A Leatherhead based non for profit organisation is looking to recruit a Facilities Officer to support the administration team. The role will include assisting in meeting administrative deadlines, welcoming all visitors and deliveries, maintaining security and entering all visitors into the log book. The job holder will ensure that all premises related issues are dealt with. Candidates must be a car driver with their own vehicle and be content and able to undertake some moderate lifting duties. If applying for this busy and varied role, you must have experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Training will be given to a bright, eager, flexible and helpful individual.
