Overview
An experienced customer service individual with experience from the construction industry required to join an award-winning business. Excellent customer service skills will be required to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. Full time, temporary role with the view it may become permanent if all parties are agreeable. Based in Leatherhead, Surrey with some travel to sites when required. Due to the travel the successful candidate would need to be a car owner and driver. Paying up to £33k depending on skills and experience. Duties: Report into the Head of Customer Service Manage post-occupation defects for customers Manage the customer satisfaction and issues throughout their 2-year warranty period Prioritise customer issues and resolve in a timely manner Manage and support subcontractors and engineers to ensure all defects are dealt with Assess and ensure health and safety requirements are met to ensure a safe working environment for staff, engineers and subcontractors Relay customer feedback to relevant departments and managers Assist customer service managers with inspections and sign offs Raise purchase orders and invoices Record all customer contact Build and maintain the customer database Other ad hoc duties as required Skills/Requirements: Excellent customer service experience/skills Construction industry experience Administration experience within an office environment Strong telephone manner Hold a full driving licence Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
