Overview
We are currently looking for a proactive, dynamic and forward-thinking Facilities Manager to join an industry leading brand. As the Facilities Manager you will maintain effective facilities services for the organisation through implementation of operational strategies and full management of a number of projects. Key Responsibilities; Implement a Facilities Management strategy focusing on streamlining services where possible Ensure the buildings and equipment are safe, serviced and maintained appropriately Analyse performance management of corporate clients Set and prepare budgets including office space, equipment, supplies and expenditure Lead and manage property change projects in line with business goals and needs Manage and lead members of the organisation Profile We will be looking for a professional individual who has proven experience delivering high quality corporate Facilities Management. You will have the ability to build lasting relationships internally as well as externally, you will highlight a passion for implementing strategy with an operational flair. Previous line management experience is essential, as is a calm and compassionate nature.
