Great opportunity to work as an Administrator within a Procurement Department - Llanelli - Permanent. Your new company You will be working for a global manufacturer based on the outskirts of Llanelli who specialise in technology. Working in a vibrant and lively atmosphere, you will be part of the team as soon as you walk in through the doors They have some lovely offices which have a fantastic view, onsite parking and centre to local shops to get that lunchtime walk in. Your new role Within your new role you will: Raise PO numbers. Liaise with suppliers. Liaise with the warehouse. Completing all admin in regards to suppliers. Answer incoming telephone calls. Respond to emails. Act as a point of contact for all members of staff. Cover reception. All administration duties. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need: Experience working within a busy department. Used to raising purchase orders. Confidence to liaise with suppliers. Organisational skills.
