Permanent Position - 134/183 Support Worker Learning Disabilities Supported Living Dorchester area Small, Supported Living setting for vulnerable young adults and adults Location: Dorchester area Salary: £8.77 p/h Sleep ins: £72 per nights Up to 33 days of annual leave / year & lots more benefits Days Shifts Full and Part time and occasional hours available Flexible Shift Patterns (half day shifts or long shifts) The Role- Support worker in the Dorchester area • Encouraging service users to live their lives independently as mush as possible • Assisting with all aspects of hands on care, when necessary • Providing companionship to service users, escorting on daily outings and trips The Candidate- Support worker • Previous experience gained in care field is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided and also paid for. • You have to be caring, kind and a good team player • As a Support Worker you will be a part of a well played and friendly team.
