Overview
Administrator £17,000 - £19,000 plus company benefits. Our client is a private, professional service provider who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team based in Bramhall. Duties will include: Assistance in the co-ordination and compilation of client documentation packages The production of company formation packages and assistance with company secretarial services Processing identification documents, recording and chasing missing information Accurate data input of information into our company secretarial software Phone answering, message taking, dealing with enquiries Use of electronic information delivery systems Other duties as considered necessary for the satisfactory and efficient operation of the office The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and hard-working, able to work accurately and quickly under pressure, and have a desire to progress within the company. A confident telephone manner is essential, as is the ability to work unsupervised. The role is being created to provide support to other departments in respect of general administrative duties.
