We're currently recruiting for our client, the BEST motor trade employer in the North West We're looking for an experienced Customer Relations Administrator. They operate a strong family culture, working together as a team, and as a result their employees tell us that they are proud to work for the group The main responsibilities will include: To plan, coordinate and implement all activities related to the development, tuning and maintenance of the company's data and databases. Providing detailed reports of findings from activity on the customer database. Running reports on the database relating to sales inquiry management and updating the relevant KPI's. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for high levels of customer service. The role involves analysing and monitoring the journey of our customers throughout the business to identify new and innovative ways to improve the customer experience. With a proven track record in database control and management, you will be a confident self-starter and have the ability to work alongside the senior management team as well as on your own initiative. Excellent IT and analytical skills are a prerequisite for this role. Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage, but is not essential. The successful candidate needs to be reliable, enthusiastic and personable, and will have previous experience in a similar role. A good understanding of Kerridge/ IVS would be an advantage. 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Who are you applying to?
