Overview
A highly regarded Bristol Law firm, are looking for a bright and motivated LLB/LPC graduate, to join their expanding Property team. This is a permanent, full time position, based in Clifton. Notably, training is provided, and this firm offer training contracts This is what you’ll be doing As a Property Paralegal, you will provide support to a highly regarded senior Solicitor on a mixture of commercial and residential property matters Negotiate commercial property leases through to completion Assist with larger development work Handle freehold and leasehold purchases and sales Prepare and review leases, assignments and licence for alternations Maintain excellent client relationships The experience you’ll bring to the team Excellent academics is essential; a minimum of a 2:1 LLB law degree (LPC desirable) Previous legal experience within property is desirable Excellent IT skills Drive to progress your career with solid work ethic Excellent communication skills And this is what you’ll get in return A competitive salary Annual salary reviews and bonus scheme 23 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Christmas Party Are you up to the challenge?
