Do you want to lead the FP&A team for a large international charity who have recognition across the world? Would managing a team to deliver business and commercial support to a complex division of regional offices interest you? Are you looking to have strategic oversight of multiple regions and work as a lead business partner to Senior Executives? This Director of Financial Planning and Analysis role is a newly created vacancy to focus on the strategic financial oversight and delivery of UK and Global programmes for this commercially aware international charity. With an incredible benefits package and a generous salary, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis position will be responsible for the following: Leading the FP&A and decision support function for the globally renowned charity Provide commercial support to a large business unit with a collective turnover of almost £500mil Deliver the strategic oversight across multiple regions to coordinate and deliver the business unit including the implementation of change improvement processes Oversee all of the spending across the UK and Global programmes to deliver contracts from start to finish Manage a team across FP&A including Commercial and Delivery teams Work as part of the senior leadership team for finance and the business unit Occasional international travel to obtain full oversight of regional teams This organisation boasts an incredible benefits package including: Extremely generous pension scheme of up to 30% employer contribution Over 30 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working opportunities Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Healthcare - gym, private healthcare Plus much more The successful candidate: A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) Strong and relevant experience leading an FP&A function Experience in working in a large and complex organisation Experience of leading a large team Experience of working for an organisation with a global presence Ideally have experience of working in a charity environment A confident communicator Experience of change management Experience in providing strong business cases to relevant stakeholders Applications will be considered throughout the recruitment process and the client reserves the right to close the role before the closing date, so please apply not to avoid disappointment
