PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED ABOUT THE COMPANY Capital Shared Living is a growing investment/lettings company based in Colindale. We've been managing properties in this area for the past 3 years. Due to expansion, we require someone to join our growing team. MAIN ROLE Management of a portfolio of multi-let properties in North West London and dealing with tenants/occupants on a daily basis. KEY TASKS Managing the online property management platform (ArthurOnline) Administering the moving in/out process (including creating and amending tenancy related documents, calculating rent payments required) Maintain deposit and rent reconciliation/collections using Xero accounting software Arranging maintenance repairs and dealing with contractors Maintaining and updating the company operations manual Handling customer queries Property inspections SKILLS REQUIRED Two years or more experience working as a Property Manager in residential property Excellent written and oral communication skills Good level of numeracy and literacy is essential High standards of professionalism, customer service and interpersonal skills used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills Detail-oriented Good working knowledge of computer programs: word processing, spreadsheets, databases Efficient time management skills Holds a valid UK driving license is a bonus APPLY NOW To apply for the Property Manager role based in North West London, please send a copy of your CV and covering note by using the apply button provided on the page.
