Overview
Agora Talent are partnering with a small yet well established luxury retailer, based in central London. The Role With lots of exciting prospects for the near future a need has developed for an additional member in the team to be responsible for the AP function and ad-hoc admin duties. The role will be heavily weighted on the AP duties but will also include tasks such as collating sales data and inputting onto the system. AP Role Processing non stock Invoices, distributing for sign off and dealing with Supplier queries Processing Stock invoices checking against GRN reports Company expenses Full responsibility of the Purchase Ledger Petty Cash processes and checks for Stores Bank Reconciliation Payment Runs Online Platform Cash Reconciliations Month End Store Reconciliations (payment to Sage posting) Corporate Credit Card Reconciliations Admin / Data Entry Role Collating Online Sales and Returns information in Excel template, reconciling and then uploading in Accounting Software Checking Store Sales vs. Store reporting Weekly filing of invoices Adhoc finance responsibilities Sage 200 Purchase Ledger Supplier checks - payment terms, bank details, email addresses etc Role Requirements: Ideally retail or FMCG or ecommerce industry experience. Very comfortable with using excel - particularly VlookUps. Someone seeking a relaxed, sociable working environment yet can perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
