Overview
Relocation Consultant Permanent/Full Time London, Park Royal The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for all components of UK and international clients and for providing smooth service delivery for any product within scope. Relocation Consultant Responsibilities Gain knowledge of the specific client policies and service requirements Ensure operational KPI's are met Prepare weekly status reports Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required Training and mentoring of other team members as required Provide continuing advice and support to both client and relocating employee Develop, maintain and build working relationship with transerring employee Management of relocating employee expectations regarding the housing market in London and across the UK Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee Skills and Requirements Must have at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar function.
