General Manager – RELOCATION TO THE NORTH? Restaurant, Bar & Music Venue Cheshire – Up to £65,000 plus bonus The Role: This site has a London feel about it – set over 3 floors, high volume but still incredibly premium. We are looking for a standout candidate who ticks all the boxes. Managing a large team to deliver experiences for its guests whilst having entertainment experience would be desirable. The Restaurant is set over 3 floors and boasts 3 bars - so this is really for a candidate who has multifaceted experience. Our client is seeking a candidates who can deliver on all aspects of service, people, guest, finances and commerciality. You will be polished and the face of the business. A leader of a team and a candidate happy to take ownership of the role. The Ideal Candidate – You will come from a high-volume premium environment Preferably with a strong wet led background as part of previous roles Managed large teams Managed music/entertainment venues Vibrant and dynamic and guest obsessed Polished and Profile for the role Quality led CV and can demonstrate strong leadership of large teams Career progression and stability General Manager – RELOCATION TO THE NORTH?
