Overview
Sales Agent - Telesales Location: Southend on Sea, Essex Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (10am - 4pm) This role requires someone to work one late shift per week (11am - 7pm) Salary: £18,000 plus commission (normally around £1-2K per month) Duties: B2C: Making warm calls to customers who have gone onto comparison websites to compare conveyancing quotes Running through the quote, taking further details and closing the lead B2B: Calling customers on assigned Estate Agents/Financial Advisors and advising that their agent has put through a quote and see if they are interested in the client’s services and closing the deal. Financial Advisors are more than likely going to go through as they are Mortgage Advisors (meaning the house sale will 99% go through, resulting in quite an easy lead).
