Overview
Shift Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) £40,000 - £43,000 London, EC2M 4QD We are working in partnership with an established Hard FM service provider who are looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of the Mechanical service, including fabric tasks of buildings in London. Your responsibilities will be to: • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) • Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks • Provide full out of hours cover – done on a call out rota • To complete all work related documentation accurately and on time • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures Qualifications and skills required are: • City and Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a Mechanical discipline (essential) • Detailed understanding of boiler diagnostics, demonstrated through the completion of Unvented hot water storage systems training (essential) • Satisfactory knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary ware and Drainage Systems, LPHW, Pressurisation & Ventilation Systems, ACOPS L8 and Cooling Tower Systems (essential) • City & Guilds BS 2391 Level 3 Electrical Inspection & Testing (desirable) If you match the above requirements, feel free to send your CV to or contact me for a confidential chat on .
