Overview
We're looking for a Maintenance Plumber to work for a well-known facilities maintenance company in the Hammersmith area. The role will involve all aspects of planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical systems within a large office block. The ideal candidate will have: - NVQ2 or City & Guilds Plumbing & Heating - Previous experience of working in a building services maintenance role - Excellent H&S awareness in the workplace - Experience of AHU’s, HVAC, Plant Rooms an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company in the Facilities Services sector. The hours of work will be 7 - 4pm, 8 - 5pm, 9 - 6pm and 10 - 7pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work as part of the on-call rota for emergency works.
