Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for a Customer Service Executive (Account Manager). This is an extremely exciting time to join a global, dynamic and growing organisation. My client is specifically looking for someone who is looking to progress into a more senior role, within the next couple of years. Duties: Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers. Using ERP system to manage customer order books to meet delivery dates Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all our customers’ needs and objectives To process and expedite all related enquiries To manage any large building projects to ensure the customers’ requirements are met To liaise with the supply, manufacturing, distribution and finance/credit control departments to ensure on time efficient shipments and to plan for cost effective distribution To ensure that all technical and commercial documentation/literature is available To manage defined Key Accounts To remain professional within all types of correspondence to your customers Work proactively to ensure customer is kept informed of current status of order book Experience/Skills: Previous customer service (office based) and/or administration experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills Experience of account managing customers (B2B) would be advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written This is an amazing opportunity for someone to progress and develop their skills and experiences. You will be expected to take charge of your clients, taking on lots of responsibility. In return my client offers 25 days holiday, onsite parking and a contemporary working environment.
