A residential maintenance contractor requires a multi-trade plumber to work on a van mobile basis in London. Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available to work with a residential maintenance contractor in London. They require a multi-trade plumber to work on a van mobile basis, using your own van and tools, across London. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30. Your new role As a multi-trade plumber you will work on a van mobile basis across private residential property in London. Duties will include: Domestic plumbing maintenance and refurbishments Domestic plant room maintenance Carpentry (doors, locks, frames, kitchen unites etc.) Basic electrics (lights, switches, sockets etc.) Painting & decorating Plastering Tiling Liaising with residents What you'll need to succeed You will require experience working as a residential maintenance contractor.
