A residential maintenance contractor require a multi-trader to work on a foot mobile basis in Covent Garden. Your new company An opportunity to work with a maintenance contractor specialising in private residential property has just become available. They require a multi-trader to work on a foot mobile basis in the Covent Garden area. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Your new role As a multi-trader you will be completing planned and reactive maintenance in residential property for private clients. Duties will include: Plumbing works (leaks, taps, blockages, toilets etc.) Carpentry (doors, locks, frames, kitchen units etc.) Painting & decorating Basic electrics (lights, switches, sockets etc.) Tiling Plastering Liaising with residents What you'll need to succeed You require experience and competence as a multi-trader with experience in residential property. You will also require your own tools and a hard-working attitude.
