Overview
HR - CAR FLEET ADVISOR Central London Basic £40,000 (negotiable) Monday to Friday Description The role As a member of the HR team, this role is responsible for management and monitoring of the company’s car fleet. Key deliverables Management of external fleet provider and the provision of services Primary point of contact for Fleet Manager on all issues, authorities and correspondence Point of contact for employees and Directors for information, or resolution of disputes and issues, where Fleet Manager are unable to assist Approval of all documentation as required i.e. car order forms, maintenance schedules, manufacturer terms, termination requests etc Feed Fleet Manager with changes/starters/leavers to ensure car requirements are met Review, distribution and management of incoming correspondence in relation to the car fleet and drivers i.e. prosecution notices, invoices Review end of contract charges Drive continuous improvement by monitoring supplier performance Ensure robust policies, standards, systems and processes. Ensuring the delivery of a cost effective, timely and compliant vehicle fleet Provide specialist advice to influence decision-making and develop solutions Update and posting of any relevant information to the company Regular review of contract rates, mileage pooling analysis and manufacture model changes Quarterly report (or more frequent if required) to Management on the car fleet operations Updates and advisory correspondence to drivers, Management, HR as required Receive and review industry specific information, news and research Review policies and processes annually Manage and maintain accident and risk platforms Person specification Qualifications: Good level of education Experience Good level of experience working in a similar role Contact management skills Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, licensing, driving hours and other relevant legislation. Strong attention to details. Self -motivated with the ability the to challenge in a demanding and changing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organisation and project management skills Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
