Final Mile Delivery Manager London £26k Per Annum Bonus Car Benefits We are currently looking for a forward thinking individual to join a prestige parcel company as the Final Mile Delivery Manager This role is to support the field team where you will deal with any issues and find solutions and ensure deliveries are achieved. You will need to be a good problem solver and hands on in working towards the desired goals. Using data you will keep track of performance and ensure your team of couriers are on track and manage accordingly. You will need to be adaptable as you will be working with couriers out of a number of sub-depots within your area. This role will require you to be responsible for recruiting to your team and following the "on-boarding" processes. As the Final Mile Delivery Manager you will work closely with the compliance managers to manage and monitor KPI targets and ensure everything is running within budgets. We are looking for someone who has experience within logistics, transport or parcel delivery and with good geographical knowledge of London. You will have had experience at senior level of budgeting and KPIs. Management experience is essential including recruiting and interviewing skills. This role requires flexibility to work weekends on a rotation basis and the need to travel between depots. In return you get a generous opt in benefits package, bonuses and a company car.
