Overview

One of our favourite clients, a prestigious property company based in central London, is looking for a Property Assistant to come on board and be a part of a very successful team. The majority of the role will be assisting the Property Managers with their portfolio of properties whilst ensuring clients have the best level of customer service. This will include but not be limited to: Start of tenancy tasks - sending welcome packs, contacting landlords for utility information, sending inventory checks to both parties, contacting suppliers to inform them about changes of tenancy End of tenancy tasks - ensuring termination forms are complete, arranging inventory check outs, creating deposit packs, communicating with utility providers, performing meter readings General administrative tasks - sorting out post, fielding calls, cutting keys, paying invoices, organising inspections Uploading new documents and maintaining up to do date information using the company software, reporting to Managers if actions need to be taken The ideal candidate will be :- Highly organised, practical Good attention to detail Great customer service skills Great communication skills both verbal and written Pro-active and energetic Self-motivated Please apply ASAP if this sounds like you
