A leading European Real Estate investment firm is looking to hiring a superstar PA to work on a part-time basis Mon- Thurs 9 am - 4 pm with flexibility if needed. Working in a boutique office based in the West End, London. A French speaker is desirable but not essential. This is a superb opportunity to work for a lovely company and support a busy but charming boss who requires a high level of PA support. You will be working alongside a busy team of investment professionals and ideally, you will be able to hit the ground running as you will are the only PA in the firm. As this is a small office you will be taking on Office Manager duties as well as business and Private PA duties to be executed to a high standard. Duties will be Arranging and Coordinating Meetings Diary Management Travel Management Private Residence Management Administration Communication - Phone, Email and face to face Office Management Invoicing and VAT The role will be varied including a wide range of duties and will require a smart, punchy EA who has prior C- Suite level experience and a great can-do attitude. The key characteristics will be: The key characteristics and skills of this person will be: Honest and dependable; Caring ; Highly organised; Happy to work in a busy environment, under pressure and on own initiative at times; Complete integrity in handling sensitive and confidential material; 3 years Previous experience, if possible as a PA of CEO or senior manager Accurate and with strong attention to detail; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint); Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a bonus.
